After Temora Shire Councillors met on the evening of Thursday 13 January, the Highfields Estate development application was given the official tick of approval. This milestone means that Temora’s premium, boutique estate, is now ready for construction to begin in the first half of 2022.
The approved plans include 63 spacious residential lots and tree-lined streets with easy access to nearby amenities. After being announced in mid-November last year, 38 of the available sites in Highfields Estate have been purchased.
